For each of the five modules you will watch a short video and then download a Step by Step Implementation Guide and a Job Aid.

The e-learning video will give you the confidence to commence, and the Implementation of each module using the Guide and Job Aid will take 30 minutes or more.

You may well wish to add some time for self assessment and reflection.
