Project Communications Management is a 110 minute on-line learning module that covers all aspects of the project communications management as defined by The Association for Project Management (APM Body of Knowledge V6). The APM recognises that communications management touches every aspect of project management is a essential to project success.

Who is it aimed at?

The Project Communications Management Module is aimed at all those who work in, or interface to, projects. Awareness of the role of communication is a key issue throughout the project and is an important module for those involved in project, programme or portfolio management.


At the end of the module the learner will understand the purpose and contents of communications management in a project context and their important to successful project management. The module also provides the communications management content required for those planning to work towards a professional qualification.
